Nutrition is the process of getting food into your body and using it as raw materials for growth, fuel for energy, and vitamins and minerals that keep your body healthy and functioning properly. As a personal trainer, I can’t emphasize enough how important nutrition is — not only for your fitness, but for your overall life. Your health should be the most important thing to you. I personally eat a balanced diet combined with good cardio to keep me healthy. The moment you change you eating habits, it can have a dramatic effect on your body, either positively or negatively. When working with a personal trainer be sure to always seek proper nutrition for optimum fitness results.
