The importance of strength

Strength is one of the most important things in life. Often there are times in life being without strength is detrimental to us.  Strength can affect your every day life down to grocery shopping. When i was a young lad, there was a time i lacked strength and every day life was difficult. I grew strong in time and everything became easier such as stairs, carrying books to class, and even feeding the dogs, 50 lb feed bags can get heavy :).

On rare occasions strength can be the difference between life and death, such as needing to climb out of a whole or up from the edge of a cliff. Strength defines who we are and what we are made of. Let nothing stand in the way of your fitness and being the best you can be gaining your true strength. Embrace strength and you will gain selfconfidence and life can become easier.
